Candidates need to have good basic English - a knowledge of the British culture is an advantage but not necessary. They must be available to stay in the UK for one year or more. They must be ready to work hard and become part of the hotel's good reliable staff.}

A normal working week would be 40 hours a week, (45 for kitchen staff) with two days free per week.
Candidates are interviewed personally whenever possible through our agents in France, Spain, Italy and also through our Taiwan representative office.
